Refunds will be available for the keyboard until a tracking number is issued (within 1 day), but not available after a tracking number is issued. If the board is bought for list price, it will count as a sale, you will receive the keyboard if no efforts are made to cancel your buy.
Buying at List price can be used to circumvent the raffle, but is entirely priced to be not worth it.
